My baby has sensitive skin and suffers from Eczema, after a recent bad flare up I used Melfol Calm Balm and it settled it within 2 days and was completely healed within 7 days. Now whenever it flares up I use Melfol and it fixes it straight away, much more effective than any other product I have used in the past.

I have to tell you my story with Calm Balm. I first heard of it over 10 years ago when a beautician used it after electrolysis on my face. It was a wonderful healing cream and I only needed a very little bit at a time. Fast forward several years and I was on my last tube of Calm Balm which I was still using after a few years. A tiny drop at a time for any blemishes etc on my face , I always found it the perfect healing balm for my skin. This is my second order, not because I have run out but because I love this balm so much and have given some to my granddaughter who has acne. She was just telling me how much calmer her skin is and you only need the tiniest bit. I can't praise this Balm enough and absolutely swear by its healing qualities. Melfol Ingredients
Water (Aqua)
Melfol Calm Balm uses Aqua is as a carrier/solvent to deliver the active ingredients to where they will be most effective and beneficial to skin after treatment.
Zinc Oxide
Melfol Calm Balm chose to use Zinc as it plays a major role in regulating every phase of the wound healing process. Zinc can be a skin-saver with its bacteria fighting anti-inflammatory and astringent abilities.
Cetearyl Alcohol
Melfol Calm Balm includes Cetearyl a natural product, extracted from the coconut plant, to assist in binding the ingredients together.
Paraffinum Liquidum
Melfol Calm Balm uses a natural ingredient derived from the earth, paraffinum Liquidum. It’s completely safe, soothing, non-sensitizing, and perfectly beneficial for skin.
Glycerin
Melfol Calm Balm found Glycerin to increase hydration on the top layer of your skin.
Proptlene Glycol
As a humectant it pulls water into the skin and help keep it there for more supple, hydrated skin.
Ceteareth-20
All creams need to be stablised then Ceteareth was a perfect choice as the main function is to thicken and stabilize Melfol Calm Balm. It is devired from natural fatty acids.
Polysorbate 20
You cannot allow a cream to separate, hence Polysorbate 20 ensures Melfol Calm Balm has this covered. This is the ingredient that keeps the oils suspended in water so it does not separate out.
Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil
Tea tree oil, is an essential oil distilled from the leaves of the native Australian plant Melaleuca alternifolia. The oil possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antifungal properties so a perfect choice for Melfol Calm Balm. Often used to treat acne, athlete’s foot, contact dermatitis and many other inflammatory conditions, After hair removal treatments including Electrolysis, Laser, Waxing or even shaving it can positively change the appearance of the skin.
Mentha Arvensis (Mint) Leaf Oil
By Melfol Calm Balm choosing Mentha Arvensis Leaf oil, with its cooling effect makes an ideal aftercare treatment for electrolysis. It can be a great help with burnt skin by relieving the pain from sunburns.
Lanolin
By adding Lanolin, Melfol Calm Balm can nourish and can assist as a barrier and even shown in some situations to be an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
Alcohol
Helps ingredients penetrate the skin and to preserve the product.
Menthol
Menthol is a natural product of the peppermint plant. It has aromatic properties that induce a feeling of coolness when applied to skin. Perfect for Melfol Calm Balm.
Phenoxyethanol
Products need to be preserved to last. Melfol calm balm is no different therefore Phenoxyethanol was the preservative of choice. It is currently the best considered preservative available that has been scientifically proven to be effective and safe.
Chlorphenesin
Is a synthetic preservative to help extend the life of your Melfol.
DMDM Hydantoin
By adding a touch of DMDM Hydantoin allows Melfol Calm Balm keep the product fresh and free from contaminants.
